Supporting Jesus 'Chuy' Garcia Plascencia

Hi, my name is Meg and I have the honor of being Jesus' boss, but also friend, for over five years now.

On Sunday morning, while out with his wife (Noemi) looking at presents for his daughters upcoming birthday, Jesus 'Chuy' suffered a brain aneurysm. He was life-flighted to St. Joe's Hospital in Phoenix, and has remained under their care since then. He currently sedated and has a catheter draining the blood/fluid from around his brain.

Jesus, Noemi (his high school sweetheart and wife of 19 years), and their three children (Christopher 18 yrs, Joshua 11 yrs, and Meilani 7 yrs old) live in Queen Creek, about an hour away from the hospital. Noemi has not left Jesus' side, and will need to plan for nearby lodging for them to be closer to the hospital, which is a massive cost to add in, on top of additional expenses not covered by insurance.

If you had the pleasure of knowing Jesus, you would know what an amazing husband, father, son, friend, and co-worker he is. He can (and will try to!) fix anything, will help out a stranger in any way shape or form, will go out of his way to assist, and is one of the hardest workers I have ever known.

We are praying Jesus comes back to us - he is in for the fight of his life right now. Noemi, Christopher, Joshua and Meilani need their husband and father back - and I hope we can show them how much he equally means to us during this hard time.
