Supporting Jesse’s C5-6 Surgery
Hi, I’m Kelsi and I’m raising money to help my dad, Jesse Lupton, recover from his upcoming surgery on Monday, August 2nd.
Jesse is a 2x brain surgery survivor and after being involved in a car accident will now be having a C5-6 ACDF done. ACDF stands for Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF), which is a surgery to remove a herniated or degenerative disc in the neck. An incision is made in the throat area to reach and remove the disc. A graft is inserted to fuse together the bones above and below the disc.
The recovery time for this is 6-10 weeks, most of which my dad will be unable to work. The medical bills are continuing to pile up and I’d like to help ease the financial burden of the medical expenses associated with this surgery by asking for any donations you may be able to make. My family and I strongly appreciate anything that you are able to give, I will continue to give updates on how the surgery goes.
