My name is Kevin Nozari, and I have the honor of working alongside Jarrod Brown, a dedicated employee at Spirit AeroSystems - and even more an amazing father.

On June 21, 2025, Jarrod and his family experienced the unimaginable loss of his beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Ella. Ella was a bright, loving, and joyful presence who brought light to everyone who knew her.

As a team and as a community, we are heartbroken. We’re setting up this GoFundMe to help ease the heavy burden Jarrod and his family are facing—from funeral expenses to immediate financial needs during this time of deep grief.
