“We get by with a little help from our friends ... “  
I have been friends with Janine since about 1990. She is a caring, problem solving leader, whose greatest passion is helping those in need. She lives this by working on a National Fire Team, as well as for FEMA, assisting those who are at their most vulnerable after natural disasters. 

This summer, she worked on; 
Spring Creek Fire, Colorado
Furguson Fire, California
Donnell Fire, California
Silver Fire, Colorado
Ryan Fire, Colorado 

After her last fire, she traveled directly to Atlanta to work on hurricane Michael recovery efforts  with FEMA for about a month.
It was during this assignment, toward the last days before leaving to attend a close friend’s memorial service, that Janine’s car was broken into, resulting in all her personal belongings being stolen. Her Mac computer & external hard drive, all of her clothes and jewelry, medications, shoes, luggage and purchased Chanukah gifts! 

There is insurance that will help
replace her belongings, but there is a $1500.00 deductible that must be paid first. 
For someone who has worked so hard to care for others, I’m hoping we can contribute something to reciprocate and help care for her.
The goal of this fundraiser is to help Janine get back on her feet, meet her daily needs, & pay the deductible so that she can replace what was stolen. Thank you so much for supporting Janine!
