My names Shaunnise Jeffers , I am Isaiah Jeffers older sister. I'm just reaching out for help , and anything help. He was stuck and hit by a car Wednesday night 4/15/2026. The car's direction is coming from Union Ave to planz Ave , heading up south Chester after hitting Isaiah off the bike still dragging the bike along with the car a few feet and making their exit. Car description being possibly an 2012 dodge charger silver/grey.

Isaiah was hospitalized the same hour facing multiple surgeries , such as facial plastic surgery , fractured ribs , laceration of the elbow and knee , hematoma in the scalp , eye vision thats not guaranteed to come back etc.

Isaiah's a bright kid loved by many 16 years old turning 17 in the hospital already facing enough in life dealing with sickle cells disease all of his life , in and out of hospitals. He's been through and seen enough.
