Supporting Ingrid and Brandon Burden

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Scott Burden—a beloved husband, father, and friend. His sudden loss has left Ingrid, Brandon and their other children, navigating life without the anchor of their family. The Burden family has been special members of our BCS athletic family. Scott and Ingrid have generously supported the football and baseball program with time working on the fields, preparing team meals, cheering on ALL our boys, and opening their lovely home for bonding and celebrations. It was evident Scott was a proud dad and loved cheering on Brandon from the stands. He wanted the team to be successful and loved supporting the BCS programs.

As Brandon begins his college journey at Boise State University, this is a time when the love and presence of family means everything. We want to ensure that Ingrid and Brandon can be there for one another in person—traveling back and forth when needed—so they can support each other through this next chapter of life.

Your generosity will help cover the costs of travel and expenses that allow mother and son to remain connected, grieve together, and find strength in each other during this difficult time.
