I am running a half marathon on Sunday 18th October in Milton Keynes to raise funds to support two fantastic causes, Newmarket RUFC and Autism in Racing.

The money raised will help provide essential equipment for Newmarket RUFC, ensuring players have access to the resources they need to train, play and enjoy the game.

It will also support Autism in Racing who aim to help people with autism; adults as well as children, to take part in social and supporting activities linked to the national horse racing sport.

AIR provide sensory rooms and quiet rooms at racecourses with trained hosts who understand your needs and can support you.

There is a calm environment and sensory space with specialist care available for people who find a day at the races can get get a bit too noisy and crowded so they can take time-out.

Every donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference in promoting opportunity, inclusion, and community.

Thank you for your generosity and for helping us make both rugby and racing more accessible for all.
