I'm fundraising for Ina, a beloved mother of two and a woman who has touched the lives of many, including mine. Ina was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer, coming as a devastating shock to all who know her.

While there are treatment options available that can help shrink the aggressive tumours and alleviate her symptoms, the medication costs over $10,000 every 3 weeks. Unfortunately, insurance or public health plans do not cover it.

Growing up, Ina was like a second mother to me. She always supported my dreams of pursuing a career in medicine and was a beacon of light in my life. Whether we were working on art projects or simply going to the park, she always made me feel like part of the family. Now, it is my turn to stand by her and her loved ones during this challenging time.
