Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to ask for help on behalf of my incredible mom, who is currently undergoing radiation therapy for DCIS breast cancer. While we are so grateful the cancer was caught early, the treatment process is still physically, emotionally, and financially overwhelming.

My mom is one of the most selfless people you’ll ever meet. She has always been the first to drop everything to help someone else — whether it’s family, friends, or even strangers. She’s been a constant source of love and strength for so many people, and now she needs that same support in return.

As a single mom, she worked tirelessly to give me the best life she could, sacrificing so much along the way without ever asking for much. Today, she’s not only my mom — she’s also a grandma to my two young boys, who absolutely adore her. Watching her go through treatment while still showing up for all of us, even when she’s exhausted, just shows the depth of her strength.

Right now, she’s having to take time off work each day after her radiation sessions to rest and recover. The medical bills and lost income are adding up quickly, and it’s hard for her to ask for help, so I’m asking for her.
