SUPPORTING GRISEL AND HER FAMILY DURING RECOVERY

Grisel Salazar is my housekeeper and my very good friend. Grisel has six children, one with special needs. She owns a small housekeeping business and is the sole income supporting her family. Recently, Grisel experienced a medical emergency. She hemorrhaged and was rushed to the hospital by ambulance where they had to perform an emergency abdominal surgery. She has no insurance. If that isn't enough, she will be unable to work for six to eight weeks leaving her family with no income during her recovery.

Anyone who has ever experienced a medical concern knows how costly it is. Compound that with no insurance and no income. We are asking our family and friends to consider donating to this fund to help Grisel get back on her feet following her medical emergency. The donations will be used to cover medical expenses and to replace income during her recovery.
