Supporting Geoff Bryant, Angela Carter and Zach Bryant - house fire
On Mon, Nov. 30, the home of Geoff Bryant and Angela Carter was destroyed in a fire. The fire started in the garage when a battery from a remote controlled toy exploded while being charged. It went from a small fire to an uncontrollable monster in a couple of minutes. Geoff said, "My kids were not home, so we made sure the dogs were out. We tried to grab a few personal belongings, but one of our dogs kept running back through the doggie door into the house scared. After the 3rd trip into the house to get her, there was no going back in. I'm just thankful I found our dog the last time, because the house was so full of smoke I had to hold my breath and feel around for her..."
The house was a total loss inside, and insurance will only cover the house, not all the content that was lost. The family lost everything, which is especially hard on the nine year old son.
