Hi friends, family, and members of our community,

As many of you may have heard, our little dog Frank was accidentally poisoned and spent nine days hospitalized at Burlington Emergency & Veterinary Specialists. Since returning home, she has required ongoing care, including 24 and 72 hour blood work panels, along with medications and repeated travel for treatment, which has included ferry and gas expenses.

This unexpected situation has placed us in a very difficult financial position. Like many small business owners, most of our resources are tied up in serving our community through our work, and the cost of Frank’s emergency and continued care has quickly become overwhelming.

We know this is a challenging time for so many, which makes it especially hard to ask for help. Being vulnerable doesn’t come easily, but we’ve reached a point where we don’t have the resources to manage this alone.
