Ethan, 19, is a 2025 graduate of Greencastle-Antrim High School and a proud Eagle Scout. Known for always lending a hand when someone’s in need, Ethan now finds himself in a season where he could use some support from others.

On August 18, 2025, Ethan underwent an emergency appendectomy. During surgery, doctors discovered an abnormal appendix, and testing revealed a grade 1 neuroendocrine tumor. Since then, he has gone through an MRI, PET-CT scan, and colonoscopy — thankfully showing no additional concerns.

Because this type of cancer can be aggressive, Ethan’s doctors have recommended further surgery to remove part of his colon along with surrounding lymph nodes. This procedure is scheduled for October 1st, followed by a recovery period of at least six weeks. During this time, Ethan will be unable to work, creating financial stress on top of the emotional and physical challenges.

This GoFundMe has been set up to help cover medical expenses and personal bills while Ethan focuses on healing. Any contribution, big or small, will make a difference and help lift some of the burden so he can concentrate on recovery.
