Junior National Young Leaders Conference in DC!

Hi! My name is Emmett, and I am a 6th grader at St. Charles and I have a really exciting opportunity! I was nominated by my teacher Mrs Dawson and selected to attend the Junior National Young Leaders Conference next summer in Washington, D.C., and I’m so excited to go!

At the conference, I will get to meet other kids my age from all over the country, learn about leadership and create our own action-oriented organization to create a positive change at my school and community and even visit some cool places like the U.S. Capitol and the National Museum of American History. I’m really looking forward to learning more about how I can make a difference in my school and community!

The only problem is, the tuition for the conference is a little expensive, and I need help to make this dream come true. The money will go toward my tuition, travel, and accommodations while I’m in Washington, D.C.

If you can donate any amount to help me go, I would be so grateful! Even a small amount will get me closer to this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
