To all my friends and family. Nine months ago, my husband Edgar was diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia, which is a rare and often fatal blood disease.

He has already received a bone marrow transplant and gotten through some of the most difficult points of his recovery. However, his battle is not over and still by no means easy. He is still struggling with treatments for his recovery and constant visits with his specialists. Unfortunately, these appointments take place in another state (California).

This has created much financial difficulty for our family. After exhausting all our savings and with not many options left, we decided to humbly request your goodwill and monetary support to be able to move forward.

He fights every day to be the husband, father, and worker that he used to be.
