Support our superhero Denise Matsuda during her recovery from brain surgery

Our beloved friend, Denise Matsuda, will be undergoing brain surgery on May 12th to treat an acoustic neuroma. It is estimated that she may not be able to work for 3-6 months. This fundraiser is being created to provide her with financial support during this time. It will allow her to take the time to heal, and to make a full recovery, hopefully without complications.

As we all know, Denise is an incredibly hardworking woman. She works two full time jobs, and is the primary caretaker for her three kids and her dad. Anyone who knows Denise knows that she is powerfully independent, and she is used to taking care of everything on her own. She does not like to ask for help, but this time, it's our turn to take care of her. She has graciously allowed me to set up this fund to help her during a time when her relentless spirit needs to be directed towards her recovery, and not towards going back to work before she is fully recovered.

The collected funds will go to Denise to cover her essential living expenses, health insurance and medical expenses.
