Hi my name is Gondai Munaiwa , I'm appealing for donations to raise funds for my nephew Dela who lives in Zimbabwe. He was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma 2 years ago, has already had 2 types of chemotherapy treatments with a total of 16 cycles in Zimbabwe but the cancer has not gone. He needs to travel to India to undergo further treatment which includes a full body PET scan, 6 cycles of Brentuximab Vedotin spanning over 6 months and then a full bone marrow transplant. The estimated cost is £60 000. The doctors say it is a treatable condition but we need to act fast before the tumour grows again to the point where success rates start to drop dramatically.

Dela has a wife and 2 children, oldest aged 3 years and youngest aged 10 months .
