We're scheduled to tackle the Tough Mudder event on May 18, 2024, and Team Buzz is gearing up to conquer 12+ obstacles across 3-4 miles in West London. This promises to be not just a fantastic team-building experience but also an opportunity to raise funds for our dear friend and colleague, Darren Johnson.

For those unfamiliar with Darren, let me share a bit about him.

Darren, also known as Dazzler, has played a significant role in the Buzz 16 journey and is truly part of the Buzz family. In 2021, he faced a major setback when he suffered a severe stroke, dramatically altering his life and that of his family. He was in a critical condition and his family were told he will never walk or talk again. Despite the challenges, Darren, being the resilient person he is, refused to let his condition hold him back. Through determination and embracing therapy, he has made remarkable progress. Nearly two years later, Darren is mobile, relearning communication, and finding joy in laughter, jokes, and the occasional pint. What's even more incredible is that he's back in the edit suite, producing videos that can stand toe-to-toe with any others on the market, you will see this in the coming weeks across our PWR coverage. None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of his amazing wife, Kate, who has been by his side every step of the way.
