Supporting David in his fight against cancer!
Donation protected
Friends,
Many of you know our sweet friend, David Browman, has received the diagnosis of metastatic squamous cell cancer. We are hopeful it was caught early, but the medical care required and the time off of work will be a huge financial burden. Steven and I are raising money to help offset his medical and household expenses while undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. This will be a long and difficult fight. David has been an important part of our life for over a decade. He has been a steadfast friend for our entire family. In the words of our daughter Emi Story, "he is a "bucket-filler!" He pours himself into his friends and his community without hesitation. David has a big heart and has not shied away from helping others. He has volunteered countless hours with the Mustard Seed, The Little Light House, Canopy School, Make-a-Wish, and Stewpot. He also is a local "go-to" resource for autistic children who need haircuts. His kindness, infectious humor, and giving spirit reaches all who have been fortunate enough to meet him. It is now our turn to help him.
I am boldly asking his community to help buffer some of the financial burden that he will incur. This will be a difficult time in his life. We want to lessen or even completely alleviate any financial concerns he may have during his treatment and recovery. We want him cancer free. If you feel lead, please give. No amount is too small or too large. Please share as well with any of your contacts that may not know David but have giving hearts and may want to help. David is worth your prayers and investment.
Thank you in advance,
Kristie and Steven Speights
