Supporting David Carrion and Family

Dear family and friends,

Below is a message from my sweet niece, who is going through a terribly difficult time. If you can find it in your hearts to help, through donation or prayer, I would be incredibly grateful. I am hurting for them and this would be such a blessing.

Is this a dream? Is this real? I ask myself these questions day and night. I grew up with this man since I was 15 years old. He is my best friend, husband, and father of our two amazing children. David is at End Stage Organ Failure and is currently at home under the care of Hosparus.

This has been a long journey that we have been on for a year now. David lost his ability to work at this time and has no health insurance. Because we are married, I make too much money for David to receive Medicaid.

His last hospital stay in the ICU was without insurance. I have applied for disability for David, a very long process, unfortunately.

Our family has kept us afloat for the past year as I am the only income coming in with two children, one graduating from college and one in high school.

Please pray for us, and share this prayer. Any monetary kindness you could send would be truly appreciated.
