Fundraiser in Support of the Castaneda Family

It is with heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of our coworker and dear friend, Danny Castaneda. Danny had been a dedicated member of the State of California since 1998, and throughout his long career he built countless friendships and truly became part of our work family. His kindness, sense of humor, and steady presence made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His loss is deeply felt across our office.

Danny leaves behind his beloved daughter, his partner Karen, his mother, and several close family members who are now facing an unimaginable loss. As they navigate this difficult time, we want to come together as a community to offer support and help ease some of the financial burdens that come with such a sudden tragedy.
