Supporting Dan Mullis

Hi! My name is Lauren Wiggs and I work with Dan Mullis at OnTarget. This Go Fund Me page has been created to help Dan and his family with the financial burdens ahead of them. Dan's provided care and compassion to so many. Now it's our turn to care for Dan.

In October, Dan experienced a medical emergency; he wasn't sure what was going on but he knew something wasn't right when he started having a hard time putting his words together on a call with a colleague. Fortunately, Dan had the wherewithal to call for help and was taken to the hospital right away. What was originally thought to be cardiac arrest symptoms has slowly been uncovered as cervical issues impacting blood flow out of his brain. Dan and his family have been seeking answers and treatment options for months now and are more optimistic than ever with a new provider they've discovered in Ft. Myers, Florida. While there's still a LOT to understand, ultimately he'll need therapy and interventions to strengthen the ligaments in his upper spine to reduce compression on his jugular artery and vagus nerve.

This experience has been a test of faith for the Mullis family and the hardships they have faced - and continue to face - are significant. For anyone who knows Dan, he's the calm, quiet, generous, patient guy usually hanging back a little - but he's absolutely the cheerleader you want in your corner. He is a caregiver and a teacher at his core but this has turned their world upside down.

While they continue to navigate this unique diagnosis, Dan is taking time away from work to focus on his health. And with routine travel to and from Ft. Myers, the cost will inevitably add up. I hope you'll pitch in what you can to alleviate some of the financial stress they're enduring.
