My dad has been fighting cancer for years and in the process, he lost his leg and his ability to work.
In 2022, he was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer that started in his leg. Since then, our lives have completely changed. He has gone through multiple rounds of chemotherapy, radiation, and treatments that most people couldn’t even imagine enduring.
In 2024, in order to save his life, he had to have his leg amputated above the knee.
Even after everything, the cancer continued to spread. He is still actively fighting today, continuing treatment and doing everything he can to stay with us.
But the reality is he can no longer work, and day to day life has become incredibly difficult.
As a daughter, it’s been heartbreaking to watch someone who has always been strong, and hardworking go through this. He has never been the type to ask for help but right now, he needs it.
We are trying to support him with basic living expenses, ongoing medical needs, and eventually a proper fitting prosthetic leg so he can regain some independence and dignity.
Anything helps, whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this page.
Thank you for taking the time to read his story and for supporting my dad during this incredibly difficult time.
