Hi everyone! Many of you know Da (Ratha Mao), either from visiting Cambodia and having him as your tour guide or driver, or from his Instagram account where he shares magnificent photos from around Siem Reap, particularly the incomparable Angkor Wat Complex.

Da and his wife Pheakdey are expecting their second child in October, a younger brother for their five year old Chea Hao.

I'm setting this GoFundMe up on behalf of Da, who reached out to me for support in financing a new Tuktuk for his family before tourist season arrives in Siem Reap once more.

The pictured TukTuk is an example and costs around 2300USD. I'm hoping we can raise this and more for Da and his beautiful family in time for the arrival of their newest little one. The effects of Covid shutdowns and lack of tourist traffic are still rippling across Cambodia, and especially Siem Reap that relies heavily on tourism dollars, however numbers are steadily increasing and Da wants to be ready to tour with a new TukTuk.
