This fundraiser has been created on behalf of Craig Dunn, his partner Nabela, and their young daughter Serena, as they face an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking journey together.

In 2018, Craig became seriously ill with sepsis and required emergency surgery to save his life. Following this, he was UNABLE TO OBTAIN LIFE INSURANCE due to his medical history, something that has now left his family particularly vulnerable during an already devastating time.

In May 2025, Craig began experiencing severe headaches that would ultimately change his life forever. After undergoing medical investigations, he was diagnosed with Medulloblastoma, a rare and aggressive brain tumour. While this form of cancer is more commonly found in young children, it is extremely uncommon in adults, meaning there is very little research and limited treatment options available.

Determined to fight, Craig underwent major brain surgery followed by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Throughout his treatment, he showed incredible strength, resilience, and courage while continuing to focus on the people he loves most — Nabela and Serena.

Tragically, just ten months after his diagnosis and treatment, the tumour returned.

Craig underwent further surgery and extensive testing. The results confirmed the devastating news that the tumour is now considered highly aggressive due to how quickly it has returned. Doctors have also discovered that the cancer has spread to his spine.

Craig and his family have now been told that there is no curative treatment available. Any future treatment will be focused on slowing the progression of the disease and extending his time for as long as possible. They have also been given the heartbreaking prognosis that Craig’s life expectancy may now be anywhere from a few months to around a year.

No family should ever have to face news like this.

As Craig navigates the challenges ahead, his focus is on spending precious time with Nabela and Serena, creating lasting memories, and making the most of every moment together. Alongside the emotional impact of this diagnosis, the family is also facing significant financial pressures and uncertainty about the future.

This fundraiser has been set up to help ease some of those burdens. Any support received will help provide financial security for Nabela and Serena, assist with ongoing expenses, and allow Craig and his family to focus on what truly matters during this precious time together.
