Supporting Connor Franzen

Connor Franzen was in a long boarding / skating accident on the evening of August 3. He was on vacation with his family in Prarie Du Chien, Wisconsin at the time of the accident. He was airlifted to La Crosse, WI. He suffered a major skull fracture, multiple brain bleeds, and several abrasions. Connor spent several days in ICU and is currently in the Neurological unit. Connor continues to be very tired, weak, dizzy, blurred vision, unsteady on his feet, and confused. Connor has started physical and occupational therapy this week. The plan is to keep Connor as an inpatient to do extensive therapy for the next several weeks. We are very fortunate that Connor can continue his rehab and recovery at such a wonderful inpatient facility.

Connor’s family has faith that he will make a full recovery. The Franzen family feel very blessed and appreciates all the love, support and prayers this last week.
