Hi family and friends,
Thank you for visiting this fundraising page that was created to support the ongoing financial expenses relating to our father's recent health challenges.
As many of you know, on March 24, 2023, Chris was diagnosed with Stage 4 Adenocarcinoma, (A-deh-noh-KAR-sih-NOH-muh) Cancer that forms in the glandular tissue, which lines certain internal organs and makes and releases substances in the body. This cancer is also considered metastatic as it has spread throughout his abdomen. Part of his immediate treatment plan will include chemotherapy, during which he must remain in the best health, both physically and mentally. We hope to take the financial burden off so he can focus on his recovery.
Any donations will go to the Baader Family to assist with out-of-pocket medical expenses, treatments and care that is not covered by insurance, the unavoidable time off work, travel and medical supplies as he transitions from the rehabilitation center to home.
