Supporting Christina On Her Breast Cancer Journey

This GoFundMe is to support Christina as she navigates her breast cancer journey while being a mom, small business spa owner, Hairstylist, Massage Therapist, and an all-around amazing person.

For those of you who know Christina already know, she is kind, compassionate, loving, a fantastic listener, fun to be around, generous, has a beautiful soul inside and out, and a dedicated mother to Anthony and Michael, a devoted fur baby mama to Baxter, and a wonderful daughter, girlfriend, and sister. Christina's generosity is endless as she donates to many, many fundraisers and charities, and has also hosted a big Make-A-Wish event. She's always looking out for the welfare of others. She is very connected to her community.

When she first found a lump she thought to herself, please let this not be cancer. After many mammograms, thermal mammograms, biopsies, and scannings. Christina found out she has Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Breast Cancer and is facing months of chemotherapy and radiation, and multiple surgeries to come. She won’t know if cancer has spread to her major organs or elsewhere or the stage of cancer until further testing.

The purpose of this GoFundMe is to help support Christina in this journey and to help supplement income during the time that Christina is unable to work. It will give her a little space to breathe when there's so much uncertainty.

Setting this up is something we had to beg Christina to let us do. She shared that she felt apprehensive about accepting help. She gives so much to others and the world, but sometimes it is hard to receive. She said "I know I need to learn to accept help so thank you all from the bottom of my heart" with tears. This is one way we can assist Christina in her time of need.
