Hello all, on March 22nd, 2026, Christopher "Matrix" Sanders was involved in a horrific motorcycle accident, which was no fault of his own. As a result of the accident, Chris sustained multiple injuries, many of which are traumatic in nature and galvanizing. Chris has a fractured pelvis, both the fibula and tibia are fractured, bone protruding from the skin, as well as multiple bone fractures in his left foot. When brought into the hospital, he went into surgery to stabilize these lower leg extremities, where pins and rods were placed through the knee and heel of his foot. The majority of the injuries are to his left side, with minor injuries sustained to his right side that do not require as much attention.
According to the medical staff, many procedures are going to be required for him to get back on his feet, without a timeline of knowing when he will be able to get back to work. He has already had 2 procedures: March 22nd stabilizing of the lower leg and foot; March 24th repairing of the pelvic area; this is the start of a long recovery process.
Knowing that everyday expenses continue: rent, bills, groceries to name a few, as well as many medical expenses that are not covered. Chris's earning potential is now predicated with going back and forth with insurance carriers, filing of claims and then ultimately waiting on them to settle said claims. This too could turn into a lengthy process that could take months, even years.
It is a lot to process, for he is in good spirits, but also in a great unknown, trying to figure things out in the midst of all that is going on. Assistance, support, and prayers are appreciated.
