Supporting Chris and his children during the unexpected loss of his wife, Lori

Our beloved neighbor and friend, Lori, passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind her husband and children who are now facing an unimaginable loss.

Lori was a loving wife and mother, and her sudden passing has completely changed the lives of the family she leaves behind. Her husband will be taking time away from work to be there for their children and to navigate the days, weeks, and months ahead. On top of losing Lori, their family has already endured the heartbreaking loss of one of their twin babies almost exactly two years ago.

We are creating this fundraiser to surround Lori’s family with love and support during this incredibly difficult time. The financial burden that comes with an unexpected death, funeral expenses, time away from work, childcare, household expenses, and simply trying to keep life moving forward can be overwhelming, especially while grieving. On top of all that, Chris has already taken so much time off work due to Lori’s medical issues over the past 6 months.

Any contribution, no matter the amount, will go directly toward helping Lori’s husband and children with these expenses and giving them some financial breathing room as they begin to navigate life without her.
