In Nepal, the cost of education can be a significant barrier for many children, especially those from low-income families. It's disheartening that some of them can't even complete their high school due to financial constraints. My dad, who passed away in 2021, had decided to make a difference by donating a piece of land to build a school in a rural community.
To continue his legacy and empower disadvantaged children to attain an education, I've established a scholarship fund with a generous contribution. This fund is dedicated to those students who come from economically challenged backgrounds but have shown remarkable academic performance. It primarily covers their tuition fees, which is a significant relief for these students.
However, we recognize that there are additional expenses like stationary and extracurricular activities that can be a burden for these children. Your support, no matter how small, can make a substantial impact on their lives. Your contribution can ensure that they have access to not only an education but also the resources and opportunities to thrive.
