Hi, my name is Chelsea Williams, and I’m a teenager living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). FND causes sudden episodes that affect my movement, balance, and coordination, which makes everyday activities school, walking in public, or even being at home sometimes unsafe.

I am hoping to get a service dog trained to help me during these episodes. The dog would alert me before an episode escalates, provide support and stability when I feel weak or off-balance, and help me stay safe. Having a service dog would allow me to gain more independence, attend school more safely, and participate more fully in daily life.
