As many of you know, my sweet mom, Carolyn, has been facing a difficult health journey with dementia. For more than 50 years, Carolyn faithfully served Brentwood Methodist Church, touching countless lives through her unwavering faith, kindness, and generosity. As a devoted nurse, she dedicated her career to caring for others with compassion, offering comfort during some of life's most difficult moments. To her family, she has always been a loving mother and proud grandmother whose warmth, strength, and selflessness have been a constant source of love.

Today, Carolyn's family is facing a new chapter. After living with dementia, she is now transitioning to hospice care at home, where she can spend her remaining time surrounded by the people she loves most in her own home.

While hospice provides invaluable medical support, there are many additional expenses involved in providing care at home, including caregiving needs, medical supplies, home accommodations, and end-of-life arrangements. We are asking for your support to help ease this financial burden so our family can focus on what matters most: being present with her during this precious time.
