Carol Dean Porter, a woman who dedicated her entire life to world of show jumping, is being taken too soon from bone cancer. Time is very short and your support, love and kindness is needed NOW. 

Her husband, Dan, of 30 years (anniversary is 10/21 has been by her side since the diagnosis just a couple of months ago and obviously neither of them are working and they are both self employed in the equestrian world. 

Carol and Dan dedicated their lives to our sport and then some. Carol as a beloved trainer, grand prix rider, judge, clinician, mentor and co creator of Judge My Ride. She is a wife, sister and sudo mother to many athletes. She loved helping anyone and everyone with their love of horses and our sport. 

Carol and Dan need our support now as they go through this insanely difficult time. Bills are piling up and its only going to get harder from here. 

Please find it in your heart to give back to a woman and a couple who gave so very much to our sport and to many of our lives. She has touched each and every one of us at some point, whether you know it or not. She has coached many of our countries best, including co organizer, Mandy Porter.
