Supporting Carl Through Recovery

Hello dear friends, family and kind supporters!

My name is Karen. I am fundraising for my brother Carl Meany.

He has cancer which in itself is and has been a difficult experience. Recently he broke his femur and is currently in rehab. While in the hospital it was found he also needs triple bypass surgery. This surgery has been deemed to be too risky in his current condition.

He will soon be released from rehab. Shortly before he broke his femur, he had to leave his job as his health was making everything so difficult. That's the short story.

Once home and now without a job he will face daunting financial difficulties. From the medical to rent and all the practical bits in between.
