Becca has been part of The Craft Bakery team since August 2021, and is such a valued and much loved member of our bakery family.

She originally joined us as part of our early morning packing team, working incredibly hard, starting work at 3 or 4am, six days a week, all whilst raising a young family, with a baby and a toddler at home. Her dedication and work ethic have always been second to none.

When her eldest daughter, Eva, started school, we didn’t want to lose Becca from the team, so she moved into a baking role that worked around school hours. She now works alongside the team at our Cromer site, where she produces the most beautiful cakes and continues to be a reliable, hardworking and hugely valued part of the business.

Recently, Becca was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer, which has spread to her lymph nodes and bones. This has been devastating news for all of us who know and love her.

Becca is at the heart of our bakery family . Her partner Jerry also used to be part of our team, having previously been our head packer, and her mum Teresa works in our Cromer shop.

We want to come together as a team, and as a wider community, to support Becca and her family during this incredibly difficult time.

All money raised will go directly to Becca and her family, with the purpose of making life a little easier for her, her children Eva and Oscar, and for Jerry and Teresa. We also want to ensure there is support available for any additional treatments or opportunities that may arise during her care.

Alongside this page, we’ll be running fundraising across our shops, including in-store collections and donating £1 from every "Becca's Brownie" sold.
