Supporting Bambo's Recovery

Dear Family and Friends,

We are reaching out to share some health related news with you about Bambo and am asking for your prayers and support.

Bambo recently suffered a stroke. He was hospitalized and underwent surgery. While he is responding well and is receiving excellent care, the Doctors tell us it is going to be more like a marathon rather than a sprint to full recovery.

This is a big shock to Hadiza, their kids, and all of us. Our families covet the prayers that are being offered on his behalf. Right now, because of COVID restrictions it is virtually impossible to see him and cards and flowers or other things are not allowed in the ward.

We would appreciate your help and support for the family while Bambo is recovering.  Thankfully Bambo has healthcare benefits, however, not all of the expenses are fully covered and there are some short-term and medium-term needs that require financial assistance.  We are looking to raise up to $50,000 to address the financial burdens they are facing and will continue to face for the next several months.
