Supporting Baby Jacob Through Thick and Thin

Our little bundle of joy, Jacob, has been bringing us immense happiness since birth on August 20th! Despite the challenges he's faced, Jacob's sweet nature and loving spirit shine through every day. This tiny human has already stolen our hearts with his adorable smiles, coos, and snuggles - and we're not surprised, because he's already showing us what a kind and gentle soul he's going to be.

Diagnosed with Trisomy 21(Down syndrom), Jacob has spent a lot of time in the hospital, due to congenital heart defects and we're now gearing up for his heart surgery in Portland, Maine next month. As loving parents, we're doing everything we can to give Jacob the best possible care and support. But with frequent hospital visits, NICU stays, and now preparing for surgery, our daily expenses have added up quickly. We're talking gas for hospital trips, childcare for our daughter Isabella, meals, and more - the costs are mounting!
