Supporting Baby Everett

Hello everyone,

First and foremost I want to start this story with how joyous we are to know that baby Everett has made his way into the world. Ryan and Elise prayed and waited for this child and are so happy to have their beautiful baby boy!

Everett’s birth story is a complicated one. He was born unresponsive and had to be resuscitated. He was taken straight away to children’s hospital NICU and has received amazing care. This little boy is a Strong, Brave Fighter (he takes after his parents, that’s for sure) Unfortunately baby Evey has suffered brain damage. After an MRI the doctors have diagnosed him with Cerebral Palsy. This diagnosis came so early in his life that we are certain with therapy, faith and love that he will overcome ! Elise and Ryan need our support more than ever as they make the trek multiple

times a day to the children’s hospital to be with little Everett. Elise as I am sure you know if self employed thus she doesn’t received maternity leave pay as others do. She was planning on returning to work in January however ;this now will be pushed to a later date. Ryan is also taking extra time off work to be with Elise and Everett. These situations are hard enough without having to worry about monetary      obligations. Hospital parking, grab and go meals, gas on top of unforeseen expenses will need to be covered.
