I’ve known Ashton for three years, and in that time, he has become one of those rare people who is always the first to step up for others. He is a genuinely giving person, and I’ve seen firsthand how he goes out of his way to help those around him. Recently, Ashton suffered a workplace injury that led to a diagnosis of an umbilical hernia. It was supposed to be a standard medical issue, but during the in-depth scans to prepare for surgery, doctors found something completely unexpected and life-altering: the early stages of lung cancer. It has been a shock for someone as young and active as Ashton, but knowing his character, I know he is ready to tackle this recovery with strength and determination. He shouldn't have to navigate this burden alone.

On top of this, Ashton is recently married, planning to buy a house with his wife, and they are expecting to adopt soon. These joyful milestones come with their own set of expenses, making this time even more challenging for Ashton and his family.
