Supporting and honoring Karen Penick

Hello my name is Virginia Huey. I'm creating this go fund me page today because my mother Karen Penick passed away very unexpectedly in a car accident on July 22, 2025.

Anyone who knows my mother knows that she loved with her whole heart. She was always willing to give the shirt off her own back to anyone even if it meant she would go without, which she did so many times. Since we lost my brother, her son, she's never been the same but still made sure that nobody went without anything. Karen giving so much, cost a lot at her on expense. She was never the one to actually reach out for help, so im going against something she would do and asking for her.

At this moment, even after going through her stuff, I haven't found anything for insurance when it comes to help with her final expenses. So, this is on my husband and I to give my mom a proper burial. Thats something she deserves.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are a single income family. This is the last thing we want to be doing, posting this, but it is a time frame situation where we now unfortunately need help. Even if you can't donate please share and send prayers our way.
