Our hearts are shattered with the loss of our friend Nathan Ricke, who was taken from us in an automobile accident involving a drunk driver and a head-on collision on Highway 20 on 3/8/2026 in Northern California.

Nate was a single father with a 15-year-old daughter, and she was his pride and joy. He enjoyed spending every moment possible with her, creating lifelong memories.

Nate was always very easy-going and worked very hard to raise his daughter. He was excellent at co-parenting to make the best possible environment for their daughter, Addy.

Nate always worked very hard to provide for his daughter and was a certified structural welder. He was a very hands-on guy and could fix anything.

His loss leaves a huge void in his daughter’s shattered heart as well as her future for school and college, and we want to help her with the future that will be very challenging without her father.

Nate was an avid sand dune enthusiast and loved to ride the dunes on his quad. He was an outdoor enthusiast and loved going on vacations with Addy, going to the beach, snowboarding, or anywhere they could spend time together and make memories.

He was always willing and ready to help anyone, even if it was a stranger.

He was a true friend to anyone he met and, most importantly, an amazing father.

Please help Nate’s daughter’s future in her time of grief and loss.
