Supporting A Long Term Leader within SEIU

Many of the members of SEIU 503 have had the privilege of knowing and working with Nannette Carter-Jafri (many of us simply call her "D"); perhaps in one of the caucuses, or a political action or supporting under-represented members within our ranks. Now "D" needs our help to cover the expenses associated with having been attacked while working as an in-home HCW in January. Please consider giving whatever you can to cover expenses for "D" to seek justice after being assaulted doing the work with all do. Victim's Assistance only covers specific expenses, having legal representation is NOT one of them. And our union does not have any legal assistance funds.
