My name is Lucas Varella, founder of ToLiveWell.com and a lifelong student of holistic health. As a yoga teacher, wellness coach, and practitioner of Ayurveda and nature-based healing, my purpose is to help others find balance, strength, and peace through integrated living. I’m embarking on an apprenticeship in the Peruvian Amazon, where I’ll study traditional healing arts and ecological stewardship—knowledge I intend to share with my clients, students, and community upon returning.

My mission is to help individuals live well — strong in body, clear in mind, and grounded in purpose. Through fitness, yoga, nutrition, and nature-based education, I aim to guide others toward resilience, clarity, and balance in their daily lives.

This campaign supports a rare opportunity to travel to the Peruvian Amazon, where I’ll apprentice with traditional teachers who carry generations of knowledge about living in harmony with nature. Their ancestral wisdom represents not only a holistic approach to health but also a model for sustainable living and cultural preservation.

This journey is a reciprocal exchange — a way to learn from indigenous wisdom keepers while contributing to the communities and ecosystems that sustain their traditions. The lessons I gain will enrich the wellness programs I create, allowing me to share this knowledge through teaching, mentoring, and writing, helping clients and students reconnect to natural rhythms of health and harmony.
