Helping to get ahead of bills.

I originally posted this when I was seeking work and needed help. I have since found work, but I am having problems catching up on my bills. I really need help getting ahead of my taxes. The city threatening to foreclose. I am still behind on car payments. I had to take out a loan to get caught up a little. I really need a lot of help here. I thank anyone who can help.
