Support Ted & Infinite Cousins on Tour 9.25

Hello friends, family, and friends of friends and family!! This message is being written to you by Ted, founder of the band, Infinite Cousins. The past two years have been filled with an abundance of creativity, and this band was one of the outcomes of countless hours of hard work, both on the music itself, and full time jobs to make it possible. In January 2025 I released an album titled "Nebulous Tremulous". This attention for this music and the band has exceeded my initial expectations, with countless new opportunities continually presenting themselves.

Between now and September we have several shows lined up with some really awesome local acts, and touring acts. This momentum has led me to start recording the next album, which will be complete by September, and has also got the gears turning for a tour to the part of the country that is near and dear to my heart. This is what we are seeking aid for in preparing and sustaining, as I see it to be a springboard for furthering our dreams and passions of playing and creating music.

This fund is for a few things. First and most importantly to aid in gas and food expenses, as well as a safety net of rent for back home. Secondly it would go towards lodging in any of our stops where we do not have a place to stay, thankfully we have a lot of ground covered in that department. And third, to press a run of records (which is a heftier part of this fund).

My research and experience with musicians across the nation is that most bands of our caliber (and larger acts as well) make most of their profit on tour from selling merch. We have tapes, cds, upcycled t-shirts from goodwill with art drawn by me, and random pieces of art for folks to purchase and enjoy. Vinyl records however have a strong sales record these days as they have made quite a comeback in the last decade or so. I am confident we will sell all of this merch along the way, supplemented by stopping in every record shop at all of our destinations to sell them or consign them some copies.

All and all, we are going to make this happen one way or another, and the point of putting this much effort in, and now asking for assistance is for the 4 of us to keep doing more of what we love. What fills our soul's cup.

I have had the privilege of meeting so many musicians that have inspired me and taught me that this can certainly be a part of my livelihood, and getting out there to share our songs can hopefully do the same for other folks who are looking to get their projects off the ground.
