I’ve always had a love of music. Growing up, listening to Christian rap, alternative, pop, dance music, and rock was a source of encouragement for me. I was fortunate to have access to radio stations that featured Contemporary Christian music, and those programs made a real difference in my life. During times when I felt alone as a Christian teen, Christian music reminded me that I was never truly by myself and that I was connected to something much bigger than myself.

Inspired by that experience, my team and I launched Illuminated Radio in November 2025. Our goal is to create a space where teens and adults can find encouragement, hope, and a sense of belonging through music and devotionals. As a listener-supported station, we rely on the generosity of our community to keep the music playing and to provide opportunities for new DJs and programs that uplift and inspire.
