My name is Luis Alejandro Roman, and I’m starting this fundraiser for my little brother, Gabriel Roman. Gabe is just 19 years old, and two weeks ago, he received a life-changing diagnosis: testicular cancer.

This decline in his health fast-tracked the CT scan, which ultimately revealed the devastating news that the cancer has metastasized and spread to his lungs, abdomen, and lower back.
