Rocket passed away on Friday, August 18th. She will always be loved by her parents, Tierra Jolly and Rusty Lee, and everyone who knew her. This fund is to raise money for her family to help pay for expenses related to celebrating and memorializing her life, medical expenses, and anything else her family needs right now.
