Support for Maggie

Maggie is experiencing health complications related to her pregnancy and will need to go on maternity leave for the birth of her second daughter much earlier than anticipated. Her time away from work at Montessori School of Charlottesville, where she is a toddler lead teacher, will be unpaid. Maggie's husband will need to remain full-time after baby’s arrival since his company does not offer paternity leave benefits.

Many families from the Montessori community have asked how they can support Maggie and her family, and monetary support is the most impactful way to help. Beyond that, loss of income will make things extra tight until Maggie can return to work, and any amount of support helps.
